Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of danake, a desktop application, and this website. By downloading or buying danake you agree to them.

Who sells danake

danake is made and sold by 21collective (registered trade name “21 Collective”), the business of Mertcan Eren (sole proprietor), Dindoğru Mah. Büyük Elçi Rahmi Apak Sk. No: 13, Babaeski, Kırklareli, Türkiye. You can reach us at hello@danake.app.

Our order process is run by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and invoicing, and your purchase is a contract with Paddle as the reseller of the license. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction.

What the license grants

A danake Pro license is for personal or company use. One license may be active on one computer at a time; you can move it to a new computer whenever you like. It is a one-time purchase with no renewal: it includes every future update of danake for as long as we publish it.

You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the application or your license key, or remove license checks.

Free tier

danake can be used without a license within the limits of the free tier shown in the app and on the pricing section of our site. We may adjust free-tier limits in future versions; versions you already have keep working as they did.

Your Claude Code subscription

danake works alongside Claude Code and requires your own Claude Code subscription. Anthropic is not a party to these terms, does not sell or support danake, and is not affiliated with or endorsing it. Your use of Claude Code remains subject to your agreement with Anthropic.

No warranty

danake is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Software that drives AI coding tools can change files; keep backups and use version control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 21collective is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from the use of danake. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.
